Hello! Are you interested in joining the Josephine’s/Revival team? We are excited to see if you'd be a good addition, so we created an application that is unique to our two shops. In order to be considered please fill out the application in it's entirety ( in other words don't leave anything blank). We get a lot of applicants and those who follow instructions at this step automatically get consideration. Once you complete the application, please turn it in with your resume and you are done. CUSTOMER SERVICE
You can be kind to anyone. Even if someone is having a bad day and wants to take it out on you, you can show compassion and grace, and maybe even turn their day around. You're also genuinely excited about coming to work and interacting with our regular customers and strangers alike. We are lucky to be supported by a great community and we wouldn’t be here without them.
SELF-STARTER
You can work and stay busy without a lot of direction, even when things are slow which happens sometimes.
TEAM PLAYER
You can work as part of a team. Being a solid and dependable team member is important, which means respecting each other and the work we do.
FLEXIBILITY + KNOWLEDGE
Retail requires weekend availability, and some holidays and we are looking for individuals who have flexibility in their schedule. You also should have an interest in vintage and antique items and are willing to learn about old stuff.
